Bantay Benta helps small store owners who can’t always be at the counter see every sale, every item and every peso from anywhere, with or without internet.

Sales & Inventory Monitoring for Small Stores
“Bantayan ang Benta, Palaguin ang Kita.” (Watch your sales, grow your profit.)
I built Bantay Benta for a friend who owns a small grocery but can’t always be at the store. She needed a simple way to see every sale, keep track of her stock, and check the cash drawer from her phone, even when the internet is down. Bantay Benta gives small store owners that peace of mind: their seller runs the counter while they keep an eye on the business from anywhere.
What it does
- Records sales by piece, pack, case or kilo, at retail (tingi) or wholesale prices
- Takes Cash, GCash, Maya, or Cash + GCash payments, and prints 58 mm sales slips
- Keeps stock counts up to date, with low-stock alerts, re-stocking, and item uploads from Excel
- Makes and scans barcodes, and prints barcode labels on A4 sticker sheets
- Counts the cash drawer at the end of each shift and flags any shortage
- Shows the owner reports, profit, and an activity log that can’t be edited or deleted
- Works offline and syncs to the cloud once the internet is back
